Vice President, Relationship Management
Jean Tanenbaum has over 25 years of extensive implementation, operations management as well as relationship management experience in Benefits Administration including Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, Health& Welfare and Human Resource Outsourcing.
Previously, Ms. Tanenbaum served as a Strategic Business Unit Manager, Human Capital Management Solutions at Affiliated Computer Services (ACS). She was responsible for relationship and operations management for several multiple discipline clients. Prior to her role as SBU Manger, Ms. Tanenbaum was the Director of Implementation with the ACS legacy organizations, Dreyfus and Mellon Bank, NA.
Prior to ACS, Ms. Tanenbaum maintained a Vice President, Unit Manger position at Bankers Trust Company, responsible for the administration of several defined contribution plans. At Bankers Trust she also developed the corporate Benefits and Trust Administration integrated Training Program.
Ms. Tanenbaum holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Wagner College as well as FINRA registrations 6 and 63.
