WMSI’s Rollover Solutions Network will be accessible to participants serviced by Transamerica Retirement Services on behalf of their alliance partner. Through the TRS website, participants can gain direct access to the alliance partner’s IRA services. Functioning as an electronic interface between TRS and their alliance partner, the WMSI platform facilitates real-time IRA account openings by exchanging participant plan account data with retail account opening systems. According to Barbara Cantello, of Transamerica Retirement Services, “We expect the Rollover Solutions Network will enhance the participant experience by providing direct access to IRA services and further empower participants to make informed decisions about their distribution options.
