Transamerica Implements WMSI's Automated IRA Account Opening Solution

Wealth Management Systems Supports Asset Retention Initiatives and Real Time Account Openings

Bedminster, NJ (February 12, 2007) - Wealth Management Systems Inc., a leading provider of rollover services for the financial services industry, announced today that Transamerica Retirement Services is implementing WMSI's Rollover Solutions Network on behalf of one of their primary alliance partners to automate IRA account openings and further asset retention initiatives.

WMSI's Rollover Solutions Network will be accessible to participants serviced by Transamerica Retirement Services on behalf of their alliance partner. Through the TRS website, participants can gain direct access to the alliance partner's IRA services. Functioning as an electronic interface between TRS and their alliance partner, the WMSI platform facilitates real-time IRA account openings by exchanging participant plan account data with retail account opening systems.

According to Barbara Cantello, of Transamerica Retirement Services, “We expect the Rollover Solutions Network will enhance the participant experience by providing direct access to IRA services and further empower participants to make informed decisions about their distribution options. Our investment management clients continually look for innovative solutions to help them retain assets, and the Rollover Solutions Network will support this goal.”

Transamerica Retirement Services currently uses WMSI's Mandatory Rollover Program for terminated participant accounts under $5,000, and has completed the implementation of the Rollover Solutions Network in support of retirement services clients.
