Franklin Lakes, NJ (March 21, 2006) - Wealth Management Systems Inc., the leading provider of technology-based rollover products and services, announced today that they have formed a strategic alliance with Envisage Information Systems, LLC, a leading software development company specializing in web and back office solutions for the retirement industry. Through the alliance, WMSI will integrate its Rollover Solutions Network (RSN) application within the Internet Servicing and Web Applications of Envisage Information Systems LLC. This integration will provide Envisage clients with direct access to a fully automated, end-to-end distribution and rollover processing solution that will significantly enhance their asset retention and rollover initiatives. The alliance will provide mandatory rollover solutions as well as participant directed rollover services. Envisage clients will be able to promote proprietary IRA offerings, alliance partner IRA offerings or take advantage of the WMSI IRA Marketplace including: Ameritrade, American Century Investments, Entrust, E*TRADE Securities, Fidelity Investments, Hueler’s Income Solutions, Merrill Lynch, The Bancorp Bank and T. Rowe Price.
