Wealth Management Systems, Inc. Announces T. Rowe Price as a Rollover IRA Choice in its Rollover Solutions Network

Holgate, NJ (July 26, 2004) - Wealth Management Systems, Inc. (WMSI) today announced that T. Rowe Price, a provider of asset management and retirement services, has agreed to be one of the IRA Rollover choices in WMSI's Rollover Solutions Network (RSN).

The RSN enables retirement plan participants to access information about Rollover IRAs, automate the distribution process, and open a new Rollover account over the Internet with financial service firms such as T. Rowe Price.

The application electronically processes participant distributions and is designed to automate many processes that are manual today, reducing the time and complexity typically associated with completing a Rollover.
