Program Overview The Program Overview describes the exchange of participant data, IRA Account Openings, E*TRADE’s IRA Offering, and E*TRADE's Rate and Fee Schedule Disclosure document. Automatic EGTRRA Enrollment Agreement The Automatic EGTRRA Rollover Agreement is the agreement executed between the plan sponsor and IRA provider. This Agreement must be signed to enroll in the Program. The terms of the Automatic EGTRRA Rollover Agreement are not negotiable.
